Services provided include credit education, credit report review, and assistance preparing dispute correspondence related to inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information appearing on consumer credit reports.

Our services are designed to help clients understand their credit reports and exercise their rights under applicable federal laws. We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or the removal of accurate information.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and responding to requests for documentation when needed. Services are billed according to the plan selected and continue on a month to month basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Cymphany’s Solutions Group reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected.
